Cherry Cube LLC Returns Policy

No Refunds or Returns:

Due to the nature of our Software as a Service (SaaS) product, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. Once a subscription has been purchased and access to the software has been granted, you will be responsible for all applicable charges.

Cancellation:

You may cancel your subscription at any time, but you will not be eligible to receive a refund for any portion of the subscription fees you have already paid. Your access to the service will continue until the end of the current billing cycle, at which point your subscription will not be renewed.

Exceptions:

In rare circumstances, and at our sole discretion, we may consider requests for refunds or credits if there is a significant issue with the service that is directly attributable to our systems and remains unresolved after a reasonable period of time. Any such requests must be submitted in writing to our support team within 30 days of the incident.
