After you inventory data analysis is completed, switch to ‘Reimbursement’ tab that shows potential reimbursements you can apply for among different categories.

There are two ways how to can create reimbursement case:

Option 1

Step 1

Click on blue ‘Create Reimbursement’ button in the upper right corner

Step 2

Select one of the categories listed below:

Step 3

Select products that are available for reimbursement and click next

Select transactions that are available for reimbursement and click next

Step 5 - Follow instructions on the screen on how to create a case with Amazon support

  1. Open Amazon Seller Portal and login

  2. Click on a link that will take you to a page where you can create a case for your reimbursement request

  3. On ‘Get Help’ page lick on ‘My issue is not listed’ on the bottom

  4. Return back to Reimb.ro page and click on ‘Copy message’ button to copy generated text message for Amazon Seller support team and submit case to request reimbursement
